It's a shame because like I said, hardware is fine- but if you have any kind of tech issue, you're up &$?$'s creek. It's pretty bad. I think one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
Not rude, but they don't get back to you in a timely fashion and you will hear different stories from different people. There are some good ones( someone who posts here was helpful, which was appreciated) but things are so screwed up there right now.
