1) When I had a Kobo, it was ok. Nothing fancy, but ok. I think it's a good ereader for those new to the whole idea, kids, or those on a budget.
2) Hardware is competent, customer service is terrible. There have been several stories from people about this, so I know it's just not me. I believe a Kobo CS person even admitted that they are having bad issues right on this forum.
3) Throwing about the word "troll" because you don't like a topic or people disagreeing with you is childish, insecure and just plain silly.
