Yeah, I mean part of the reason there is a stigma about it is because of inbreeding and that being bad.
The Roayl Egyptians didn't have such a stigma and it kind of showed. King Tut had all sorts of weird problems and most ended up with funny shaped heads.
And then when the Greeks conquered Egypt and started doing the same thing, they started looking funny after a few generations.
And while it was mostly cousins, just look at European royalty.
