Well, the whole point of the Nook Color is not to sell people high quality Android tablets on the cheap, but to get you to buy books from B&N.

I also disagree with the comments in that post you linked to about B&N being full of fear and greed by using their own DRM scheme.

Why is it people are so worked up about Amazon being a "monopoly" because they use their own DRM scheme, yet the same people all want every single company to use Adobe's DRM, thus giving Adobe a real monopoly, not the faux one that exists now...
