And nature will give you problems only when sex is used for making children. And even then the risks actually are very dependent on genetics of persons involved. If one party is sterile or adequate protection is used, there are no biological risks at all.
Furthermore, today we can analyze the genes and discover that some pairs will produce only deformed offsprings. So, if they have sex, is it incestuous?
Basically, nowadays prohibitions against incest when conception is not possible is largely a cultural thing. Slightly more out of line than gay sex but who knows what we will think about these things in future.
