This is exactly what I was thinking. I thought maybe she just wasn't holding the power switch long enough.
Also, I am glad it's not a touch screen. I hate those things. I'm not sure why this was mentioned on the video since the ad/box/manual never said anything about that.

Thank you all for taking time to post your thoughts. Now I wish I would have bought one while I was in town today. I likely will tomorrow. I currently own a Kindle so this is very different and gives me an excuse to own two readers.
