I just spoke to Lou @ Sony Style customer service. She said that the $199 sale on the PRS 650 has been "canceled" because they are completely out of stock. They do not anticipate being able to ship the black 650 until at least MARCH. The red is also out of stock, and she said they are not sure "when or IF" they will be back in stock.

I was very surprised by this information (if she was telling me the truth), especially because they haven't been out long. Are they discontinuing the 650?

Now I'm not quite sure what to do. I don't want the Pocket Edition or the Daily. I love my 600, but I really wanted a new display.
