oh oh ! Three more good things that happened yesterday. It was a very exciting day.

1. We made it home before the next storm hit. (lucky because there was hail this time) The powerline around the corner took a direct hit with lightning and came down 3pm. No electricity and lotsa rain/hail
2. because of the rain I rang the gym to see if BB class was on and they had power. Which they did. So I drove the car to the gym (because of the rain). Bugga no power = no traffic lights and I had to make two turns across peak hour traffic with the rain pelting down. Cops were driving through the non-lit intersections, but none stayed to direct the traffic.
3. Cooked dinner (because we have a gas stove) and ate in the candlelight. Power came on 9pm for 40 minutes before going off again. (And I was just getting interested in the movie about Peter Sellers). Then power came on and stayed on and I went to bed.

What a very good day.
With good days like that, you sure don't need bad days!
