When I calculated shipping costs on B&H site, it would automatically add import duty taxes for most of the shipping options (I'm in France), wasn't it the case for you ? That's why it's not that interesting to order from the US, even with the low prices and low dollar...the taxes are prohibitive, and far much more than just 20% VAT. Then again you can try to find a store that use a shipping company that won't systematically handle the taxes, but then it's like a lottery : your package may or may be not on hold at the duty, and if it is you have to pay the taxes.
