I agree. Updated my wife's kobo last night and had the same problem with ADE (had it with my other Kobo as well but thought it was a fluke). Since I knew that a factory reset would work it wasn't a problem but there is nothing in the upgrade instructions(I paid close attention while upgrading the second kobo to see) which indicate it might need to be done to get ADE to work again.
