Just did some reading... Apparently, if I am able to highlight/write with a stylus or pencil-like thing on a a specific filetype on my E-Reader, then I will almost assuredly be able to convert a PDF file into whatever filetype I am able to read/annotate on... This is cool. So I guess You can sort of ignore #2.
