Another thing it would have been nice to hear about from Bookeen. Instead, their FAQ says
Once your order has been shipped you receive your tracking number by email. By clicking the tracking number you can trace the progress of the package.
Which is slightly (and, I admit, only slightly) misleading. I feel like a kid waiting for
-- impatient as hell because I just know it's going to be great!
(I have a new appreciation for the slogan "Wherever. Whenever. With Fedex.com"...)
