I miss singing in a choir. Watching Glee doesn't help with that, LOL. We did parts of the Messiah also, when I was a member of a church choir. And I'm glad I'm not the only one who switches parts when it gets out of my range!!
As for what I'm doing? Sipping very hot tea, hoping it'll relax me. This Pomegranate Cranberry Lipton stuff might not be highbrow, but man, even the smell relaxes me and it tastes really good. It's another below zero night here, and I got the ARC of Though Not Dead (the Dana Stabenow book I won) today. I'm on page 60 already, LOL. Wish it was on my Sony, though. Hate holding a regular book now, I'm so spoiled.

I was just saying to my sister the other day how much I miss singing in a choir now. It would take a lot of practice to get my voice in any kind of shape for public consumption now

, but I really do miss it. And yes, it's kind of been eye-opening to me how much I've enjoyed sipping hot drinks in the afternoon/evening. I don't tend to drink coffee at night, and I always burn my mouth on hot chocolate. Something lighter, like tea, with a good fragrance, is just the ticket!
