The Sony part number shown on the price label (#546849) in the left photo corresponds to cover model PRSA-CL3, which is the lighted cover for the PRS-300. It does not fit the PRS-350.

The AC adapter shown is the one with the round plug for the older models, not the PRS-350 -650 or -950.

I can't quite make out the numbers in the other two photos, but I assume they are covers for the older models.
