It looks like we both gave the same speech... Ok yours was miles longer.
Hopefully the OP is still maturing and can learn something. I'm relatively certain even my 14 year old son understands that you have to live with the choices you make. Although it is possible he might whine for a short time before finally figuring it out. But then again he is still 14.
