Use Home Switcher to set the default launcher to SoftKeys. Then go into SoftKeys and configure the settings the way you want. Use the info in the earlier posts as a guide. It is confusing initially. Reboot.

Yes I installed Home Switcher but the only thing in the 'Config' area is to disable ads. At the home screen of Home Switcher all I see is Home (com.bn.nook.home) and I don't know how to add anything else.
Re. SoftKeys...is that an APK that is available in the Android Marketplace? Maybe that is the problem...I don't have SoftKeys installed and when I search in the MarketPlace for it I don't see it. Any ideas????
