Did you know that any NY state resident can have a New York Public Library card????
I didn't, and just found out recently. You can apply online, and although this page says you will have to go to a library branch with ID to activate your card, mine came already activated!
NYPL has thousands of ebooks available - way more than my local library system, so I was thrilled to find out about this!
