Opinion! Not a fact, I showed you the reasons why it's not true.
Let's wait and see what is going to happen with azw or ePub in about 5 years. I can tell you since now that whatever the market is now buying or will keep buying, will dictate what format with survive or not, regardless of the company or reader.
