YEah but try getting figures properly alligned with the figure heading at the right spot. And then the margins are totally different so that throws everything off. I got lucky, my Graduate School office had a template that we could use that took care of most of the formatting. It still took me a week and many trips to the office to get everything right.
Stupid formatting...
