All of you who have been piling in saying "me too," I'm sorry to say I think it's unlikely you'll get anything from this. I'm further up on the list and haven't gotten anything. I think the chain got broken way back when and if one person breaks the chain, then no one else afterwords gets anything. So it may be a waste of time to keep asking. Just saying...
