Lost package
My prs950 order is scheduled to be delivered today. So I waited in my apartment to get it.
Normally UPS driver go to my neighborhood in the morning around 10, but this time he didn't. I kept waiting and waiting. I didn't heard someone knocking my door. Then I got a email from UPS showing that my package is delivered. Ok. I went to open my door and check if the driver left the package out of my door. But nothing is there. I talked to my neighbor did she hear any door knocking? she said no. I go back to check the tracking and found that the package was left on PORCH and no info about signature. Last time I checked another package left out of my door, the tracking showed left out of door. this time it shows PORCH. Come on, this is an apartment. My apartment is in second floor and no PORCH. JUST WONDER WHERE IS MY 200usd e-reader. I call UPS and the representative told me to contact shipper. Ok. I used B&H online chat to ask a representative to file a claim to UPS. He told me it takes about 3-8 days to get response from UPS. So disappointed.
