Wondering about having separate librarys in Calibre.

I manage my ebook library for my Kindle 3 through Calibre, and I can't think of a more seamless and easy to use program that offers tons of options. So here is my question. I have bought my daughter a Kindle 3 for Christmas and I was wondering if I can set up her library separately from mine in Calibre?

Could someone point me in the right direction on how I would go about this? I have only been a kindle/calibre user for a couple of weeks and could use a little shove in the proper direction.

Thanks for your help.

David.
