I guess it's getting close to 20 years now, but I'm curious if I'd enjoy the Shannara books if I read them again. I read them in Jr. High or so, and loved them at the time. That was before I'd read Tolkien though, and subsequently realized how much Brooks had ripped him off. I do recall Brooks having a more readable style though, and none of the ****ing songs. :P
