Hola Claudia,
asegúrate de que insertas correctamente la tarjeta en el DR800.
Si tras formatearla en el ordenador sigue sin reconocerla el DR800, entonces puede que la propia tarjeta esté estropeada.
Prueba con alguna otra que tengas.
Si incluso así no funciona, puede que se haya el DR800.
