I was able to get the 10% off coupon to work on the Best Buy PRS-950. I brought in my PRS-350 that I bought for $179 last night (used 10% coupon) and noticed today that the 350 is on sale for $149. I went to exchange my 350 for the 950 and they told me I can't "double dip" with the 10% coupon on the 950 because it is already on sale ($50 off).

I asked why and she pointed to the terms and conditions on the coupon.

I said whatever, just return the 350, I'll go elsewhere to purchase. She called a manager over and they honored the 10% on the 950. $225 OTD (plus tax).

Win, IMO. Just be firm and polite and you may get the discount.
