None of the epaper devices will work with color, so if that's really important to you, you might be better looking at some of the tablets. A touch screen makes all the difference when reading periodicals and the new Sonys have a nice navigation bar at the bottom of periodicals. Being able to tap "next section" or "next article" makes a huge difference when trying to navigate through them. If you're reading PDFs with lots of images, tables, and diagrams, a larger screen will make them much more readable. If you're reading text based books, the 6" is very readable.
