Hi Mike and welcome to MobileRead. I borrow eBooks from the Fairfax, VA public library all the time. In fact, back in October, I borrowed one while at 32, 000 feet on a flight from Baltimore to Dallas. And, back in January, I borrowed one from them while I was in Rio.
