I really want a Rancilio Silvia (we had a Rancilio when we had a cafe), but it is very expensive, and I am lazy in my old age. Plus I can't have too much coffee or it will be back to the migraine days (when we had the cafe I lived on coffee and 'V')

*sigh* bloke always poo poohs these things because he is just as happy with nescafe gold and thinks everything is too much trouble unless we go to 'Vast' for a bought one.
The Sunbeam Cafe Series E6910 isn't a bad machine (and Myers sometimes sells it with the Cafe Series grinder). If we kept drinking coffee at the rate we used to we'd have likely gone with a Rancilio Silvia, but since we're now back to one, sometimes two a day, we just bought another E6910 to replace the old one (figuring if we're using it so much less, any flaws that work their way out through use will be a long time coming, going from our experience and that of all my siblings who have the same machine). Going from the quality we've had from other Sunbeam Cafe Series products, the E6910 might be close to a "loss-leader": higher quality sold at a bargain price (if not "loss) in the hope that you'll grab their other (much lesser quality/cheaper made, but still marked up) Cafe Series products.

Fresh-roasted coffee beans delivered to your door by Di Bella Coffee... you're laughing.

Cheers,
