Sorry we weren't able to fix the problem, derfel_spain. It looks like you'd need to be able to edit the HTML in the EPUB file, and that could be complex - OK if you know HTML and CSS, but not so easy if you're not familiar with those. Many books convert from EPUB to MOBI in Calibre without any problems at all - you were just a bit unlucky with this one, I'm afraid.
