Does anyone know how often Smashwords ships to channel?
My books were accepted for the premium catalog, but it says "to be determined" under shipment to channel.

Is this something that's done weekly, or randomly, or every couple of months . . .

I'm just curious. I searched for the answer in various places but didn't find any kind of clue, though I may have missed it.
