Hey everyone, having some issues with my Kindle.

Basically, the problem is I have full strength wireless. I turn on backup annotation. Synchronization is enabled on the Kindle webpage. I highlight some text in a book purchased from Amazon. I go to kindle.amazon my highlights and . . . . nothing. If I use the PC software I can sync upwards, and the Kindle will get updates from it. Uploading updates from the Kindle doesn't seem to be working though. Amazon was even stumped and sent me a replacement and it's doing the same thing.

Any ideas what's going on with this or having similar issues?
