Will definitely do more business with B&H in future. In today's world, it is rare to see such sellers who honour thier deal.
My suggestion for charging the card while delivery was for some other reason. I do not have any problem with charging the card while ordering as long as the order will be delivered and not cancelled. For international customer like me, it will help to avoid any forex rate conversion losses between the time of debt and credit back to my card.
