It's honestly as bad, if not worse than DRM.) Two, it's just easier to tether off your phone than have the device do 3G on its own. And finally three, 3G is a battery eater. So avoid it like the plague.
Also, I like resistive screens over capacitive. Why? Think back about my comment regarding the stylus. I'm not likely to have my fingers smeared all over my screen. I'm a neat freak when it comes to screens, and fingerprints or any kind of dirt on a screen drives me nuts. That's one of many reasons I prefer a stylus, and resistive screens. Now if you're going to be knuckle deep into your screen with all your fingers, that's a whole other thing. I however won't be, and thus I don't need it. Sadly though, if you put me into a room full of people, my argument would probably lose at a staggering rate of 99 out of every 100.

Make that 98 of of every 100 (as I'm with you all the way!)
It was cold here, the last week. And the mobile providers noticed a drop in the use of smartphones. One person said it was because of people holding their hands in their pockets. I think it's because you cannot handle a capacitive screen with gloves... When I was outside waiting for my ride home, I read on my PDA. And I could even annotate, with my gloves on, because
I can use a stylus... (ok, with gloves, I wouldn't want to try to
write a book, but for the less-dexterity required functions, it works perfectly).
I do want a 10" however. And I'd prefer a tablet. Not for general reading, because 7" is much better for that. But for the reading of comic books, some internet and mobile photo album...
I do like this Adam. Except the price and OS. I want a full OS on a tablet, not a mobile OS. Or the price should go about $200 down.
