I rather like the fact that companies have reps here. I appreciate getting the "word" straight from the horse's mouth, as that silly saying goes. I find it a valuable tool. Back in the day we had to write an email and wait a couple days, or play phone-tag and just hope to get through to a human.

I like how technology has progressed to the point where we can get almost instant tech support. Twitter is especially good for that sort of thing. I messaged a couple companies over the past year or two, with concerns, and got an immediate reply -- usually from the head of the company him or herself.
