Im Handbuch steht einiges... (und noch mehr nicht).
Du kannst bei pdf-Dateien im Schnellmenü nur den Punkt Maßstab (heißt der bei Dir Zoom?) anwählen. Auch nach dem Einschalten des Reflow ändert sich bei mir daran nichts.
