Code Blue, by Richard L. Mabry, has been re-released under a new ASIN in the Kindle store and is now free for both US and UK customers. I don't know if this is an updated edition, but the original listing for this book, which was free three days ago, is now gone. Even if you picked it up, I'd get this one, just in case the text is different, but also so that you can tell you have purchased the book when you look at it's product page.

The first in his Prescription for Trouble series, is free courtesy of Christian publisher Abingdon Press for both Kindle and Barnes and Noble customers.
