HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I am trying the restore function and it is not working. This is what I am doing:

1. Opening up command window
2. Changing directory to the Calibre library
3. Typing in the following: calibreb restore_database "--really-do-it"

NOTHING!

I am getting back below:

'calibreb.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
