Is a "footer" with links possible in epub?

Hi all,
I am working on a scholarly epub edition of George Herbert's 1633 book of poems, The Temple. In the edition I will be presenting multiple versions of the same poems, for example: clean text, modernized, 1633 facsimile, and various manuscript versions, as well as my own editorial notes.
What I am trying to do is create a list of links to the various other versions of the poem at the bottom of each page. Is this possible? Or will I be forced to just manually include this at the beginning and/or end of every poem?
I am working with the PRS-950 so I could just code it to the bottom of the page, but I would like it to be readable on other ereaders as well.

I would like to be able to make the links almost like the Periodical footer that Sony uses. Something that is not disruptive to the reading experience.

Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Matt
