Have lurked for a while but finally decided to sign in and make my presence known.

My nook is now 48 hours old, I've already had my first service call in to tech support (it seems that buying a book ON THE NOOK doesn't work as well as buying on in the computer), and I've had my first book file failure. Hoping to learn the EPUB editor to make myself useful instead of just decorative.
