The Adobe press release
came out on June 19th -- a little over 3 months before the 505 launched. Sony assured us during the
Conference Call on the 505 that they were planning to support DE on the 505 ... whenever Adobe gets around to finishing it.
So, to reassure you, nathantw, while the 505 will doubtless become obsolete eventually, it won't be quite
that fast!
