The specific combination of LEDs that comes on when it flashes red is some sort of error code, unfortunately the only ones who know what they all mean is iRex. It was something their tech support would ask for when helping to troubleshoot a problem.
There was some attempt by the user community to start tracking some of them, but we didn't get very far. I don't think all 3 right hand LEDs is one that we knew what it meant. Most of the posts about them though were over on the iRex forums, which don't exist anymore.
Sorry, that doesn't really help you much now though.
