I hate sport. Never, ever watch it on TV. Absolutely ignorant about football, rugby, and others. Never follow competitions. Easy for me. I don't give a fig about it.
Certain things I am forced to do whether I want it or not.
I don't have a car and I have to walk every day to and fro work. Very fast walking - 21 min, fast walking 23 min. Unless it is freezing like right now, I always have a hand grip in my hand. It helps to assign some sense of a purpose to boring walking.
About 3 months ago another activity has been added to the list. My better 2/3s has started to go to gym, 3-4 times a week after work. It means I have to go to meet her when she is done. 15 min fast walking. About 1 mile to gym. One day, in the first 2-3 weeks I left house a bit too late (typical me). I didn't want her to wait for me. So I ran. Since then 3-4 times a week I run to meet her. 9-10 minutes. I know. Very slow. I am glad I can do it. I am slowly falling apart, my shoulder is in pain, my knee is in pain, and a dozen other
small problems.
Ah, how could I have forgotten to mention? Every flipping morning, before I go to work I do 12 minutes Physical Morning Jerks. Hate it. Do it anyway. Since Sep. 2009.
I prefer to read a book or ...edit pictures or ...play FPS (have not done it for 28 months ~ 2 years and 4 months).
Life is a bitch.
