The workout is not for beginners who do not take those things into consideration. I was already fit before I started the program. It is pretty high intensity. For beginners the length (9 weeks) isnt really all that short of time to lose 15 lbs when changing one's diet and starting up a really hard exercise program.
I look at these 5 things as equally important:
1. exercise
2. fluids
3. nutrition
4. supplements
5. sleep
