Personally, I'm wary of these get-fit-in-60-days kind of things. I'm climbing for about six years now without noticing anything dramatic as to muscle definition (though, to be honest, I'm not looking for definition), and anybody who has done some climbing would agree that it's a pretty good all-around exercise. I think, though, that to achieve that kind of results in such a short time, the whole package needs to be there, and that includes nutrition, which seems to be constantly overlooked.
