Is Amazon under DDOS attack because of the Wikileaks Uproar?

---------------
edit - this may be related to my own system - seems like Chrome suddenly decided to stop liking Amazon's servers. Not sure if this was related to some temporary DDOS problem, but I've got it working now.
---------------

Haven't been able to access Amazon.com the last day or so from several different countries (Malaysia, Japan, Full VPN tunnel to U.S.). Amazon.co.uk was fine, and amazon.ca was only partially working.

The only reason I could think of is a DDOS attack, a few news articles indicate that they may be under attack due to dropping Wikileaks from the EC2. The other thought I had is they'r blocking large chunks of Internet sources as a way to work around the attack...

Anyone else having problems accessing them?
