Unfortunately, yes, the Sony I got was the PRS-600, and it seemed rather dark, although readable... I'll definitely return it and try the 650. I just have to find one somewhere........
Now that I've got the Nook color sitting here, I'm really impressed. Large, comfortable, simple, great swiping, easy setup. I"m going through the manual to see what I need to see.
BTW: I looked at that matrix, and I couldn't find ANY of the nook readers... I did, however, find a bunch I haven't heard of or seen at any of the stores I was in today.
