Device: Kobo Aura and Kobo Mini, had a Nook, NOOKcolor, Nook STR.
Stripping the DRM is pretty easy (and easy to find info on if you use google) if it doesn't bother you to do it and it's not a topaz file. Rooting is easy as well and then at least you wouldn't have to strip the DRM from every book.
