I think most of the major e-readers have built in dictionaries. The difference is the ease of use.

Sony's is the easiest because you can do the double tap. The Kindle uses the directional pad to move to the line and word that you want to define. I am not sure how it works on the Nook Classic but people have complained that it is not easy. I would guess that the Nook Color uses a double tap similar to the SOny. I have no clue how it works on the Kobo.
