Unhappy BookDesigner "Author" Name Problem
I have a problem with the name order of the author's name field. In the body of the book, the author's name is displayed correctly as "First Name Last Name". But in the Reader Table of Contents, the name is not in the "Last Name, First Name" format. Does anyone know why this is happening, and, if so, how to correct it?
