Good evening,
This is my first experience as being in a forum and hopefully I can keep up with all your suggestions. I just bought the IQ 701 and am having a few problems setting it up. I have tried to download the latest firmware and was told my device does not support this firmware. Do I need to be plugged into a PC? The instructions I have found are very vague.

Any help will be GREATLY appreciated!
